Dear fellow researchers,
the Divide ITN network is pleased to announce that the regis-
tration for the DivIDE conference “From Pole to Pole: Molecules
and Mechanisms of the Spindle" is open until 31st March 2019.
DivIDE is a Marie Curie Innovative Training Network comprised
of nine research groups and eleven PhD students united by a
common interest in the spindle and cell division. From Pole to
Pole is an initiative of DivIDE, aimed to allow communication
and exchange of novel results and ideas in the spindle and cell
division field, and to facilitate communication between senior
investigators and younger researchers. From Pole to Pole aims
to allocate ample room for young researcher talks, providing
them with an opportunity to present their projects to the
community.
The conference will focus on the mitotic and meiotic spindle.
It will be divided into five sessions: Tubulin regulation and
tubulin code, The structure of the spindle, Kinetochores and
microtubules, Centrosome and minus-ends, and Cutting-edge
methods.
During the conference you will be able to listen to talks
of the following speakers:
Keynote speaker:
J. Richard McIntosh
Invited speakers:
